Ramin Massoumi is Arcadis' Global Industry Executive for Transportation, helping clients shape future-ready systems across roads, rail, transit, ports, freight, technology and operations. With nearly 30 years of experience, Ramin combines civil engineering, transportation systems, intelligent mobility, business transformation and P&L leadership to turn complex challenges into clearer client decisions. His focus is on helping transport infrastructure evolve for the next generation by moving people and goods, improving existing networks and applying technology to solve real client and community challenges. Ramin has held leadership roles with ITS America, ITS California and ITS World Congress, and lectured at UC Irvine. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds engineering degrees from University of California Irvine and Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
