Ryan M. Noleal is a graduate of Master of Learning Sciences and Technology from The University of Sydney under the Australia Awards Scholarship program. He also finished Master of Arts in Education (Major in Curriculum Studies) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (Major in Science and Health), both from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. He is a licensed professional teacher and placed 10th in the 2006 Licensure Examination for Teachers for Elementary Level. He was a grade school science and math teacher for 11 years before heading the Academic Affairs Department of a Senior High School for three years. Eventually, he became the School Head of FIRST Industrial Science and Technology College, Inc. (FIRST College) – Senior High School for two years. FIRST College is the first technical-vocational school established inside an industrial park (special economic zone) in the Philippines. Currently, he is the Curriculum Specialist and Program Manager of the Lifelong Education and Development (LEAD) Center of Miriam College. His fields of specialization include learning design, teacher training, science teaching, and curriculum development, documentation, and evaluation.
