Rachel began her journey in the Early Childhood Sector as part of NTUC First Campus' Management Associate under the Corporate Track. As a Management Associate, her first rotation was under the Corporate Development and Strategy team where she demonstrated keen analytical abilities and strategic thinking, contributing significantly to the organization's long-term vision and growth trajectory. In the subsequent year, Rachel transitioned to the operational realm within NTUC First Campus, taking on responsibilities within the Little Skool House business unit. Through her hands-on experience in operations, Rachel was able to gain invaluable insights into the day-to-day functioning of the organization, honing their abilities to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. Currently, Rachel serves as an integral member of the Child Development Department, where they channel their passion for education into impactful research and educational leadership projects. With a focus on innovation and excellence, Rachel plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape, driving initiatives that empower both educators and students alike.
