Dr. Mohamed Fadhil is a multi-faceted professional with many years of experience in higher education, research, and the professional training industry. He specializes in teaching qualitative research methods and has extensive teaching experience in communication sciences, wellbeing, emotional intelligence, and organisational behaviour. He is a passionate qualitative researcher in the education and training industry, particularly in the areas of leadership, higher education, innovative pedagogical practices, organisational sensemaking, and appreciative and wellbeing studies. With over two decades of experience working with students and adults from diverse backgrounds and organisations, Dr Mohamed Fadhil currently serves as a Senior Editor with the Journal of Learning and Teaching (JALT) at Kaplan Singapore.
