Mei Yee Chan is the Director at the Department of Educational Development, Singapore Polytechnic. She was involved in the initial conceptualisation of Flipped Learning, the subsequent pilot implementation in 2015, the scaled-up implementation to all modules with lecture component by 2022, and the various evaluation studies on Flipped Learning. She has more than 20 years of experience working on technology projects for knowledge management and for teaching and learning.
