Elizabeth Cloke, Divisional Chief Learning Officer - Middle East and Asia, International Schools Partnership

As Divisional Chief Learning Officer for the Middle East and Asia at International Schools Partnership, ISP, I work to shape meaningful learning experiences that put learners at the centre. My role is about helping students lead their own journeys - with teachers empowered as supportive co-pilots - so every learner feels celebrated and ready for the future.

With over 20 years in education across three countries, I’m passionate about creating spaces where teachers and leaders keep growing. I focus on real, practical growth: building resilience, nurturing curiosity and developing life skills that go beyond academics. I’m all in for equipping people with the tools to thrive in life.

Key Highlights

  • Collaboration & Impact: Creating opportunities for teachers and leaders to come together to share and support continuous improvement and delivering impactful learning outcomes.
  • Passion for Development: Committed to professional growth, identifying talent and supporting succession planning, modelling and encouraging risk-taking and reflective practices in supportive spaces.
  • Connection & Growth: Believing that connection fuels success, I support inclusive, productive teams where everyone feels empowered to make a difference.
