SustAInED Ltd. is a Hong Kong-registered EdTech company founded in 2024 by Dr. Fridolin Ting (Senior Lecturer, The Education University of Hong Kong). We design and scale collaborative generative AI (CoGenAI) pedagogies and platforms that transform solitary AI use into productive human–AI group learning and teamwork.
Our flagship product, YoChatGPT! (yochatgpt.io), is a multi-user, multi-LLM collaborative AI workspace purpose-built for education and training. Unlike conventional single-user chatbots, YoChatGPT! enables teachers, students, trainers and teams to work synchronously with multiple large language models inside shared rooms and workspaces. Core capabilities include real-time multi-user interaction, contextualised conversation memory, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) against institutional materials, STEM tools (math handwriting recognition, text-to-scientific diagrams, drawing board), transparent interaction logs for feedback and assessment, role-based collaboration, and educator oversight dashboards.
Launched in July 2024, YoChatGPT! has grown rapidly to 48,000+ active users (teachers and students, etc...) locally and internationally from 140+ countries,; and over 4640+ rooms made; 270,000+ views of pages, and an average of 3 minutes and 28 seconds of engagement/user internationally through our Google Analytics. The platform has earned multiple international awards, including Silver awards in the “Best Use of Generative AI” category at the 2025 QS-Wharton Reimagine Education Awards, 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, Silicon Valley International Invention Festival, and recognition at iCAN 2025. We also have won two awards at Bett Asia Awards in 2026.
