Qualla Kids is not another school management platform. It is a school safety and operational automation solution that works alongside the systems schools already use. Critical daily processes such as pupil pick-ups, school transport, meal attendance, allergies, permissions and family updates still depend on phone calls, emails, messaging apps and paper lists. Qualla automates and executes these processes end to end. Families update information directly, and teachers, monitors, kitchen teams and transport staff receive it instantly through dedicated apps. Each person sees only what they need for their role, giving schools more control, traceability and peace of mind. Qualla complements existing school management systems rather than replacing them. It is intuitive, quick to implement and supported through guided onboarding. Already used by more than 140 educational institutions, Qualla supports over 23,000 pupils and has securely recorded more than two million authorised pick-ups.
