KarkaLabs is a Singapore-based edtech company building Karka, an AI-native real-time voice tutoring and school operating platform. Karka’s AI tutors teach by conversation: students talk through a problem aloud while the tutor explains, questions, draws on a shared board and adapts to what the student actually understands - never handing over answers.
Karka serves schools, tuition centres and families. For schools, a classroom mode lets teachers run a lesson with an AI co-teacher that follows their lead, while teachers, academic heads and principals see live dashboards of every session. It can help teachers with preparation, assessments and feedback. For students, 1:1 tutoring, a daily Study Pal check-in, and worksheet marking keep learning continuous between classes, with parents receiving clear session reports.
Every subject is built as a curriculum-state graph: a patent-pending gating engine tracks mastery at the topic level and only moves forward when understanding is held.
