Dr. Thammanoon Hengsadeekul is a faculty member at the Faculty of Logistics and Digital Supply Chain, Naresuan University, with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and infrastructure policy and planning. His expertise includes construction supply chain management, intelligent transport systems regulation, and strategic transport and logistics planning at regional and national levels. He has held academic leadership roles at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi and was invited to serve as an appointed Subcommittee Member under the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC), contributing to national agendas on transport systems, logistics, energy, chemicals and biomaterials, and circular economy. He has served as consultant and keynote speaker in major rail and logistics initiatives, collaborating with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), and the Department of Rail Transport (DRT). His work integrates engineering, management, and policy to advance sustainable transport infrastructure development.
