There won’t be any F&B served within the hall. Please refer to BITEC’s F&B directory www.bitec.co.th/visitor/food-and-drink for your necessary arrangements.

Please collect your badge from the registration desk with your customised QR code. Registration and event opening hours can be found here .

Swapcard is our official event platform app. You will receive your log-in details from 11 May 2025 onwards. Please check your mailbox for an email from info@terrapinn.com . Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.

The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.
Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.

Look for the Attendees tab in the virtual event platform and make use of the filters to see the list of attendees recommended to you for meetings.
