Mr. Lobee W. Y. YUEN is currently working as a Chief Engineer in the Railway Branch of EMSD, the HKSAR Government of the People’s Republic of China. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the University of Leeds and Master of Science Degree in Control Engineering and Information Technology in the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology in 1989 and 1990, respectively. He has over 30 years’ experience in operation, maintenance and projects related to various specialized electronic systems of fire services, customs & excise and marine. He is now overseeing the railway safety of Island Line, East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line and various construction projects such as Northern Link in Hong Kong.
