Crystal Mak, Sales Manager, THALES

Crystal has worked in the ticketing industry for the past 15 years focusing on sales management as well as customer and partner relationship management. She has deep understanding on customer needs, consumer behavior and market trends in South East Asia. She is specialized in managing complex commercial deals and was successful in leading the team in capturing critical business in the region. 
Crystal acquired strong solution and product knowledge of Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems. She has also the experience in operations based on her work experience in Octopus Cards Limited, the forerunning operator of electronic payment system for transit from Hong Kong. 
Crystal graduated in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined Thales in 2017 and is in charge of business development and sales for Thales Revenue Collection Systems Business Line in South East Asia.
