YES! We are so excited to host the event in-person at the BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand!
Can I attend the event virtually or dial in?
All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online.
The virtual platform (powered by Swapcard app) is only available for attendees to arrange for meetings, view agenda summary and see exhibitor listing.

Please note, there will be no "paper agendas" at the event, so we encourage you to download the app.
I have registered for the event as a paid delegate but I cannot attend the in-person event. What should I do?
Please write it to
stating the reason for absence at Asia Pacific Rail 2022. Please note that your pass is non-transferable.
Can I get a 1-day conference pass?
Unfortunately, we do not provide 1-day conference pass. Latest ticket pricing can be found
Who are eligible for the free VIP passes?
The VIP pass is only applicable to rail authorities and operators with valid work email address.
Final approval is at the discretion of Terrapinn Pte Ltd.
Does the conference pass include airfare and accommodation?
The ticket does not include travel and accommodation costs. Please make the necessary arrangements. Asia Pacific Rail 2022 does not have any Official Hotels or Airlines.
Will lunch / F&B be served?
Due to current safe event management measures in Thailand,
F&B are not allowed within the hall.

When can I collect my event badge?
Please collect your badge from the registration desk. Registration and event opening hours can be found
What is Swapcard?
Swapcard is our official event platform app. You will receive your login details about 30 minutes after you have registered for the event. Please check your mailbox for an email from email@example.com
Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.
The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.
Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.
