Seasoned rail professional with over a decade of experience spanning customer relations, operational governance, and government engagement. Currently serving as Governance and Compliance Specialist at Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC), I play a key role in facilitating inter-agency partnerships and ensuring regulatory alignment for one of the Philippines’ leading urban rail systems. My extensive background includes leading terminal events for high-level government officials, managing stakeholder relations, and overseeing compliance in partnership with national grantors. I also implemented transformative customer experience initiatives, such as the development of feedback databases, social media engagement strategies, and customer service process improvements. A certified customer service trainer and a core member of multiple strategic committees—including Risk Management, Sustainability, Business Continuity, and the Intermodal Facility Working Group—she brings a holistic perspective on operational resilience and integration in the rail sector. At this conference, I will share insights on fostering collaboration between rail operators, government agencies, and terminal stakeholders to build a connected, customer-centric, and future-ready transportation network.
