Rebecca Bradford MBA, MS, PMP, is a senior public health and biomanufacturing leader with more than two decades of experience advancing U.S. and global health security. As Senior Vice President of Federal Solutions at ATCC, she oversees strategy and growth for government programs supporting infectious and chronic disease research, medical countermeasures, and the biological materials essential for biomanufacturing. Her work emphasizes strengthening domestic manufacturing capacity, securing medical‑countermeasure supply chains, and building strategic partnerships across government, global nonprofits, and industry to stabilize the public health landscape. Throughout her career, Bradford has guided teams through major public health emergencies—including H1N1, Zika, COVID‑19, and ongoing efforts against Malaria—while addressing challenges such as global supply chain disruptions and large‑scale distribution needs. She holds an MBA, an MS in Bioinformatics, and an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and began her scientific career conducting retinal disease research at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute.
