Michael Hafran, MD, has over 20 years of clinical experience which began with serving as an Air Force physician after Sept. 11th. Following a 4-year overseas tour, he returned to the Midwest to assist various hospital organizations in the development of urgent care services. During this time, he became particularly interested in the expressional facets of COPD, asthma, coronary artery disease, and diabetes. 
Dr. Hafran transitioned to clinical research with Parexel International in early 2020, just at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. His Phase I experience involved large and small-molecule therapeutic research and developmental work on vaccinations. 
Dr. Hafran, MD, leverages his medical, business, and technological knowledge to enhance and broaden Flourish Research’s contribution to the development of therapies that improve people’s health and quality of life.
