Mazhar Jaffry is the CEO of Revival Research Institute and a healthcare leader with more than 33 years of experience spanning clinical care, research, and healthcare innovation. A longstanding advocate for patient-centered care, his career has been defined by a commitment to advancing medical knowledge through ethical practice, collaboration, and innovation. His journey began in 1993 with the founding of Mazhar Hospital in Multan, Pakistan, a 100-bed facility serving underserved communities. The hospital’s impact and his partnership with Johnson & Johnson led to his recruitment as a Senior Product Manager, launching a successful global corporate career. Despite this, Mazhar remained driven by a deeper mission centered on service, research, and improving patient outcomes.   A personal loss to cancer became a defining moment that led him to establish Prime ACO and Revival Research Institute in 2015. Prime ACO focuses on improving care delivery and accountability for Medicare patients, while Revival Research Institute advances clinical research to address complex diseases affecting current and future populations. Under his leadership, Revival Research has expanded globally, reflecting his commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation and evidence-based medicine. Beyond his professional achievements, Mazhar is deeply engaged in philanthropy, including the development of a hospital and girls’ orphanage in Haiti, and is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, workforce development, and global collaboration. His work exemplifies a lifelong dedication to improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes worldwide.
