Madeleine Treaster is an Associate Manager of Assay Development, overseeing the vaccines assay development team at a leading contract research organization (CRO). She leads the RTP, North Carolina team in supporting vaccines and biologics programs across all phases of pre‑clinical and clinical development. Her expertise includes the design, optimization, qualification, and validation of cell‑based, ligand‑binding, and microbiology/virology functional assays, supporting a wide range of vaccine and biologics development needs. She drives cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and the integration of automation to enhance throughput, scalability, and overall operational readiness.
