Brandon Pallas | Head of Business Development and Performance

Brandon Pallas is the Head of Business Development and Performance at Linear Clinical Research Ltd., where he oversees the early phases of new clinical trials and leads the Business Development team, and previously also lead the Start‑Up, and Project Management teams. After two and a half years at Linear, Brandon plays a central role in shaping the organisation’s scientific and commercial strategy.
 
An expert in feasibility assessment for First‑in‑Human and First‑in‑Patient studies, he guides sponsors through the complex decision-making required for early‑phase clinical development. He also manages key contracting activities, including partnership agreements that support collaborative research and innovation.
 
Brandon’s diverse academic background spans Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering, with professional experience from Maxillofacial Surgery to Clinical Trial Supply Chain prior to joining Linear. Since returning to Australia in 2023, Brandon has been a driving force in Linear’s growth and its mission to deliver high‑quality early‑phase research.
