Lynd Clinical is building a fully owned and operated clinical research network purpose-built for rural and community America. We establish and run high-performing sites in partnership with leading U.S. health systems - including one of the nation’s largest - as well as regional provider groups, bringing trials directly into the settings where patients already receive care. Our first sites go live in Mississippi and Arkansas in May.

Lynd supports a broad and scalable portfolio of trials across high-demand therapeutic areas, with an active focus on vaccines and infectious disease alongside cardiometabolic, CNS, GI, pulmonary, and general medicine - particularly well-suited for studies requiring rapid enrollment and broad population access.

Our proprietary AI platform powers site execution - enabling our teams to analyze longitudinal medical records, match patients to protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, and systematically identify, screen, and enroll high-quality participants with speed and precision. By combining owned infrastructure with intelligent patient matching, Lynd drives faster enrollment and higher-quality trial execution.
