Yuwanti Rili Respatyanti is Regional Account Director at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International), where she focuses on carrier and enterprise account management, strategic partnerships and international telecommunications services. Her work spans customer relationship management, commercial negotiations and the development of business opportunities across international connectivity markets.

She brings more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a background in international data and voice wholesale, carrier relations and enterprise services. Since joining Telin in 2019, Yuwanti has been responsible for managing carrier and enterprise accounts, building customer relationships and supporting business development across regional markets.

Prior to joining Telin, Yuwanti spent more than 11 years with Indosat Ooredoo, progressing through several positions in carrier relations. Most recently, she served as Senior Carrier Relation Officer, following earlier roles in carrier relationship management and administration. Her experience includes working with international telecommunications partners, managing commercial relationships and supporting wholesale connectivity operations.

Yuwanti holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Commercialisation from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, where she was awarded a New Zealand Aid Scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Her expertise spans telecommunications, international wholesale services, strategic partnerships, account management and contract negotiation.
