Roderick Santiago is Chief Technology Officer of the Enterprise Business Group at PLDT, where he serves as both advisory CTO and Chief Architect. In this role, he leads technology strategy, solution architecture, and digital transformation initiatives in support of enterprise clients across the Philippines. He also oversees provisioning, assurance, and vendor management functions to ensure seamless delivery across the group’s key revenue pillars.

With over 28 years of experience in telecommunications and network engineering, Roderick has held senior leadership roles across PLDT and AT&T, with deep expertise in RF systems, network architecture, and fixed–mobile infrastructure. He previously served as FVP and Deputy Network Head at PLDT, leading national teams responsible for the planning, engineering, and construction of fixed and wireless networks.

His career spans roles at Sprint Nextel, Verizon Wireless (Marconi Wireless), Galaxy Engineering, and Motorola, with hands-on involvement in multi-vendor CDMA, LTE, and 5G network operations, OSS/BSS platforms, and advanced analytics.

Roderick holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University, and executive certificates in Business Strategy and Analytics from Southern Methodist University and MIT Sloan. He is a Certified Scrum Master and fluent in English, Tagalog, Spanish, and Japanese.
