Roderick Santiago is FVP and Deputy Network Head at PLDT, where he oversees network architecture, planning, engineering, and operations for both fixed and wireless infrastructure. With over 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held senior roles at AT&T, Sprint Nextel, Verizon Wireless (via Marconi Wireless), Galaxy Engineering, and Motorola. His expertise spans RF engineering, network design and optimization, platform development, and agile methodologies.

Roderick holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University and executive certifications from MIT Sloan and Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Scrum Master and fluent in English, Tagalog, Spanish, and Japanese.
