He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specialising in wholesale voice, carrier services, interconnect, product development, and account management. Prior to becoming Wholesale Director in 2024, Marcin served as Key Account Manager at Exatel, managing strategic customer relationships and supporting the growth of the company's wholesale portfolio.

Earlier in his career, he held senior wholesale and product management positions at Aiton Caldwell, where he worked as Product Development Expert and Wholesale Manager. Before that, he served as Wholesale Team Manager at Netia, Wholesale Voice Manager at Crowley Data Poland, and Chief of the Voice Traffic Department at TK Telekom, leading voice traffic management and carrier operations.

Marcin holds a Master of Science degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. His experience spans wholesale telecommunications, international carrier business, commercial management, and voice network operations, with a career dedicated to developing and strengthening wholesale connectivity services.
