Melati Wan Malek is the Head of Enterprise Business and Partner Management at Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB), where she leads the enterprise engagement strategy for Malaysia’s national 5G infrastructure rollout. Since joining DNB in 2021, she has overseen the development of partnerships and commercial models to support digital transformation across industries through high-speed, secure 5G connectivity.

Melati brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including a long tenure at Maxis, where she held a variety of leadership roles in sales, strategic account management, and enterprise business development. Her previous roles include Head of Sales for Maxis Business, Segment Head for Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, ICT, Education & Healthcare sector.

Earlier in her career, Melati worked in Malaysia Airlines in London (Europe HQ), before moving into telecom and enterprise sales in Malaysia. She is a well accomplished result oriented leader with extensive experience in solution selling, managed services and strategic partnerships, and is known for her ability to drive revenue growth while enabling customer innovation through digital infrastructure.

Melati holds an MA in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, London and a BSc in Business Economics from Huron University USA in London. She is based in Greater Kuala Lumpur and is passionate about connecting industries to the future through 5G.
