Jesudass joined Time dotCom in 2010 as the Head of Service Operations. Over the past 14 years, he has strengthened operations best practices and improved customer experience.

In 2017, Jesu was appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Network Division at Time’s associate, Symphony Communications Private Limited in Thailand. There, he modernised and enhanced both the DWDM and IP networks, contributing to Thailand's growth as a key hub in ASEAN.

In 2019, he expanded his role to actively involve himself in the International and Carrier business at Symphony, driving positive growth for the company. Since 2022, he has held dual roles as EVP of the Network Division and EVP of OTT & Hyperscalers at Symphony.

With his network and infrastructure expertise, Jesu has been instrumental in identifying opportunities for Symphony’s network through both terrestrial and subsea networks, catering to OTT demand and aligning with OTT’s expansion plan in Thailand.

After spending seven years in Thailand, Jesu has returned to the Time Group to lead the OTT Business. He is now heavily involved in the current data centre expansion in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Malaya and recently completed a certification from HarvardX on Exercising Leadership: Foundation Principles.
