Rajeev Sethi is the President Director and CEO of XLSMART, where he leads the strategic vision and integration of the merged entity, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and customer value across Indonesia’s digital and telecommunications landscape.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across emerging markets, Rajeev has held CEO roles at Robi Axiata, Ooredoo Myanmar, and Grameenphone, and served as Chief Commercial Officer for Airtel Africa. His earlier roles span Telenor, Vodafone, and HP, with a consistent track record of business transformation, growth, and market leadership.

Rajeev holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and has completed executive programs at the London Business School. He is based in Jakarta.
