Aruni Shukla is a seasoned program and PMO leader with over 17 years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across telecommunications, cloud, and emerging tech domains. He currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Rakuten, where he is involved in portfolio strategy and multi-market transformation projects, while also acting as an independent advisor on digital infrastructure programs across the region.

His expertise spans SDLC, OSS/BSS, 5G, RAN, core and IP networks, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, delivery optimisation, and risk management across Asia, Europe, and the US. Prior to Rakuten, Aruni held leadership roles at Colt Technology Services, MyGov India, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Communications—managing large-scale transitions, governance frameworks, and special projects in both public and private sector environments.

Aruni holds a BE in Electronics & Instrumentation and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Western Australia, alongside a Professional Certificate in Advanced Business Management from IIM Kozhikode. He is certified in PMP®, ITIL® V4, PRINCE2®, AI-900®, and AWS SAA-C03®.
