Narita specialises in all things customer experience, with a skill set including user feedback, process design and improvement, governance, reporting and data analytics, service integration, service and process assurance, business analysis, and IT Service Management.
She is passionate about problem solving to improve the delivery of services to drive value to users and the customer. SIAM, ITIL, and Business Analysis certifications equip her with the tools and knowledge to introduce a diverse perspective based on her experience in federal government organisations.
