I approach this from a former security engineer perspective. By gathering frontline insights from our most strategic clients and partners in the APJ Region, I can feed that intelligence straight back to our engineering teams. This closes the loop between the field and product development, ensuring our technical roadmap is designed to solve real world customer issues.
