Chief Executive Officer of Orange Marine and Elettra Tlc
Didier Dillard is a seasoned executive in the telecommunications industry. He has spent most of his career with the Orange Group (formerly France Telecom), as well as several years in the wholesale division of the U.S. operator Sprint.

He began his career in France Telecom’s submarine cable division, moving from project manager for new systems to engineer responsible for installation projects on board cable ships, and finally to Director of Marine Operations.

He then held several management positions in marketing, commercial and regulatory affairs in New York, Kansas City and Paris.

In January 2018, he was appointed President of FT Marine SAS (commercial name: Orange Marine) and President of Elettra Tlc.

Orange Marine and Elettra Tlc are subsidiaries of the Orange Group dedicated to the installation and maintenance of submarine cables, operating their own fleet of cable ships.

Didier Dillard graduated from École Polytechnique (Paris). He holds an MS in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from Columbia University (New York).
