Joerg has a wide-ranging understanding and experience in how to develop and build submarine cable systems. He currently serves as Chief Partners and Solutions Officer at Xtera and is responsible for the Operations part of the business, including solutions engineering, supply chain, project management and customer support. With his team he has delivered various new submarine systems as well as upgrades. Joerg has a strong commercial as well as technical background and holds an MBA as well as technical degrees. Previous experience includes Management, Strategy, and Engineering roles at Ericsson and Alcatel as well as being a co-founder of a technology company.
