Dr. Patsouras is an experienced International Specialist, with a proven history of successes, while working in the ICT industry. During the period 2003-2020, he was Senior Manager for Cosmote/OTE Technology Synergy Projects in the OTE Group Balkan subsidiaries and then DT Group EU region and Technology Projects coordinator IMS Shared Services Center (Technology Hub), Deputy Lead & Implementation Manager. From 2020, he is fully engaged, as a key contributor, in EU funded R&D projects. Currently as a Senior Solutions Architect with WINGS ICT he is dealing with new and innovative 5G and FO connectivity services and applications for the Energy, Mobility, Aquaculture, Public Safety and Healthcare sectors. He is also co-leading 5GPPP Test, Measurement and Validation Work Group and has contributed to two recent White Papers.

Dr. Patsouras, on top of his very strong academic background in Digital Communications, holding Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and MSc diplomas from Imperial College London, has acquired PMP certifications throughout his career path.
