Ross leads our Business Development team having joined Webloyalty from Expedia in 2011 where he was Head of Business Development for Southern Europe. At Webloyalty, Ross is focused on building our portfolio of clients in the UK and Ireland. Ross has over 18 years’ of business development experience across the UK, Europe and Latin America, with a background in travel, online retail, white label sales and growing commercial partnerships. At Expedia, he developed ancillary revenue and online marketing solutions for European businesses in the online travel sector. He also helped grow Expedia's award-winning white label business solutions in Spain and Italy. Before this, Ross spent nine years with British Airways based in London and Buenos Aires. He gained exposure to many facets of the airline during his time at BA, including market analysis, operational strategy, sales and marketing, distribution and revenue management. A key accomplishment was setting up and running the highly successful ‘British Airways Holidays’ service in Latin America for three years. Ross is a keen tennis player outside of work, and he also considers himself to be the office’s premier table tennis player! A little-known fact about Ross is he can often be found helping his wife out with her pop up restaurant on the weekends.
