Living in Belgium, I am almost 39 years old, married with two children. I’m a Baseball fan, playing as catcher but when I’m too tired, il like play chess to remember my participation at the Belgian Young contest. Otherwise, I also like ride my bike to avoid the traffic jams.
Experience Today I have more than 10 years of experience in Revenue Management. I discover the Revenue Management when I was receptionist for an hotel of the Accor group in Belgium. I became an internal trainer for the new reservation system providing Revenue Management. After a little more than two years as Front Office Manager I join the Area Revenue Manager team for Belgium, I hold different position for 5 years. In 2009 Thalys called me to take the responsability of the Revenue Management department. Few years ago we merge Revenue Management team and Route (product) Management team to ensure a perfect mix between revenue optimization and client satisfaction. In the mean time I create my own company providing Revenue Management tools and advise for small hotels organisation.
