Markus Joszt, Service Owner - SelfService, Knowledge Management, Wiener Linien

Markus Joszt joined the Wiener Linien 2021 as Service Owner for Self Service and Knowledge Management. Bringing in the experience he gained as a CS Operations Coordinator in his last company, he is now part of a team that focuses on giving customers the tools to empower them in all things Self Service. The team also tackles digital knowledge management and as one of their biggest project so far has supervised the creation of a cross-divisional knowledge database.
