Melanie Stangl started working for Wiener Linien in November 2019. As a member of the customer dialogue team, she dealt with all kinds of customer enquiries. In August 2022, the Öffi-Denkwerkstatt launched our customer participation programme. Even before its first birthday, she took over the project management and planned workshops and events for our customers together with her colleagues.
