Emmeliek Harren-Preijde, Head of Customer Experience, Eurail B.V.

Emmeliek joined Eurail in 2017 as Product Owner, responsible for developing and implementing the end-to-end strategy for the Eurail Rail Planner App and the digitization of the Eurail Pass products. In 2021, she was promoted to Lean Portfolio Manager, where she worked with Eurail’s senior management to maximize the value of Eurail's portfolio and its strategic objectives. Today, as Head of Customer Experience at Eurail, Emmeliek and her team guide the company to deliver meaningful brand and product experience across the customer journey. Outside of work, Emmeliek loves sailing, spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, visiting museums, and creating and improving their sustainable lifestyle.
