With over two decades of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Nathan has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and growth across Werner’s service portfolio. Nathan joined Werner in 2003 and has cultivated a distinguished career in operations and logistics. Starting as a Fleet Manager, he progressed through key leadership roles and now serves as Senior Vice President of Intermodal & Final Mile. Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Bellevue University (2003) and completed executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021. His expertise in strategic planning and operational integration has been instrumental in positioning Werner as an industry leader in intermodal and last-mile delivery solutions. Beyond his professional achievements, Nathan is committed to community service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue, an organization dedicated to reducing food waste and hunger. Nathan resides in Apollo Beach, Florida, with his daughter Reese.
