I'm a Supply Chain and Logistics Director with a proven history of helping businesses efficiently scale at times of growth and/or inception to strategically maximize profits. I've dealt with frozen, refrigerated, and dry food and beverage commodities, as well as paper, packaging, textiles, and equipment, in both internationally and nationally sourced supply chains. My experience includes creating and managing supply chains for multiple sales outlets including wholesale/distributor, retail, and QSR/foodservice.
I specialize in all things logistics (including 3PL) and have built and managed entire international and domestic supply chains, from planning at origin, to the moment it gets to the customer, with all the associated logistics. This includes import/export management, transportation and fleet management, inventory and warehouse management, and purchasing management.

Since my first job at a restaurant at the age of 14, I have worked in various roles and perspectives in the greater Food and Beverage industry. My education has also been dedicated to the industry, having graduated from a 2 year Culinary Arts BOCES program in high school in addition to graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Food and Beverage Management from CUNY City Tech. My versatile background has given me a comprehensive and creative perspective to the solutions needed in the industry today.
