Who Should Apply?

HDW Connect is an exclusive program, reserved for retailers, brands, grocers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer businesses that sell physical goods to consumers and own the fulfillment, delivery, or customer experience behind getting those products to the door. Vendors, carriers, 3PLs, technology providers, consultants, and service providers are not eligible to apply as Hosted Buyers.

Hosted Buyer badges are reserved for qualified buyers who intend to complete their scheduled meetings. If a buyer does not complete their confirmed meeting schedule, the card on file for their registration will be charged for the full badge value.

Information shared as part of your HDW Connect application and meeting profile is used only to match you with relevant vendors and build your meeting schedule. It is not sold, and it is not shared outside of that matching process.
