When to Arrive & Depart
Arrival
Plan to arrive by the morning of Day 1, May 25th, so you don't miss the roundtables or the Welcome Reception. If you're traveling from farther away, arriving the evening of May 24th gives you a comfortable buffer before the day starts.
Departure
Home Delivery World runs through the early afternoon of Day 3, May 27th, wrapping by 1:35 PM. To get the full value of the event, book a late afternoon or evening flight on May 27th rather than departing that morning.

Where to Go
Expo Hall: West Hall E
The show floor, home to every sponsor and exhibitor booth for HDW 2027.
Keynote Stage: West Hall F
Keynotes, main-stage panels, and general sessions all take place here.
Getting Here
The Orange County Convention Center is about 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), with easy access by rideshare, taxi, or rental car.
Several host hotels connect directly to the convention center by covered, climate-controlled skywalks, so attendees staying nearby can walk to the show floor without going outside.
Parking
On-site parking is available at the West Building, with additional capacity at the North and South concourses. Parking fills up fast during peak arrival times, so plan to arrive early, especially on the first day of the show.

What to Wear
Business casual is standard. The show floor and session rooms are air-conditioned, so consider bringing a layer.
