Hosted Buyer Program & HDW Connect

What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
A complimentary, application-only program for retailers, brands, grocers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer businesses. Approved buyers receive a free badge, a $995 value, up to $500 in travel and hotel reimbursement, and a pre-built schedule of 1:1 meetings.
Who qualifies for the Hosted Buyer Program?
Retailers, brands, grocers, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer businesses that sell physical goods and own the fulfillment, delivery, or customer experience behind getting those products to the door. It's not open to vendors, carriers, 3PLs, technology providers, consultants, or service providers.
What is HDW Connect?
HDW Connect is the 1:1 hosted meetings program pairing qualified buyers with vendors, technology providers, and service partners. Every meeting is scheduled ahead of time and matched to your priorities, so you know who you're meeting before you arrive.
What happens if a Hosted Buyer doesn't complete their scheduled meetings?
Reimbursement is contingent on completing your confirmed meeting schedule. If you don't, the card on file for your registration will be charged for the full badge value.
Where can I find more details on HDW Connect?

Agenda & Schedule

What does the schedule look like each day?
Day 1 (May 25) features roundtables and the Welcome Reception. Days 2 and 3 (May 26–27) include keynotes, track sessions, expo hours, and HDW Connect meeting blocks. See the Schedule Overview for exact times.
When should I arrive and depart?
Plan to arrive by the morning of Day 1 (May 25) so you don't miss the roundtables or Welcome Reception, arriving the evening before if you're traveling from farther away.
