Wolfgang Klute, Director, AstraZeneca

Wolfgang is a director in Pharmaceutical Science at AstraZeneca in Gothenburg/Sweden. Within a digitisation group he is driving the data and digital strategy for early clinical development of synthetic drugs. Before moving to Pharmaceutical Sciences, he worked as a chemoinformatician in R&D IT. Before moving to AstraZeneca, Wolfgang obtained a doctoral degree in synthetic organic chemistry at University of Marburg and worked for many years as a medicinal chemist at Pfizer.
