As the Manager of Laboratory, Strategy, and Development at Basel Area Business & Innovation, Tebbe is responsible for coordinating the organization and development of the lab area, as well as fostering the scientific community at the Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area in Allschwil (BL). Prior to this role, he worked as a senior scientist at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in Basel, where he contributed to drug discovery projects. Tebbe earned his doctorate in biochemistry and structural biology at ETH Zurich, following his studies in biology at the University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany
