She currently serves as Manager R&D – Data Science and Analytics at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, where she leads and mentors data scientists and engineers, focusing on R&D domain knowledge in consumer goods. Her expertise includes developing and implementing digitalization strategies, conceptualizing BI and AI solutions, and managing IT projects. Prior to her current role, Dr. Sentjabrskaja worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Senacor Technologies AG, providing strategic consulting services to enhance clients' data management capabilities and digital transformation initiatives. She holds a Doctor of Natural Sciences degree from Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf, where she also completed her Master and Bachelor degrees in Physics. With a strong background in team leadership, domain knowledge, and data strategy development, Dr. Sentjabrskaja is adept at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data as a strategic asset. Her skills include proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Microsoft Azure services.
