Chiara has a decade of expertise in innovation management, R&D collaborations, and product development in the chemical and agrotech sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from the University of Ottawa and completed postdoctoral research at the Italian Institute of Technology in Rome. In her current role as Global R&D Licensing and Collaboration Manager at Syngenta, Chiara leads open innovation initiatives and negotiates global R&D collaborations, advancing agricultural technology and sustainable solutions.
