Caroline Briggs is the Founder and CEO of MyAmici, the lab operations platform trusted by over 200 biotech organisations to connect procurement, inventory, assets and compliance into a single operational backbone. A trained chemist, Caroline spent fifteen years in senior procurement and operations roles at Zeneca, GSK and Life Technologies — including building global procurement functions and strategic category management from scratch — before founding MyAmici in 2005 to solve the operational problems she kept seeing first-hand. Two decades, MyAmici supports 8,500+ users across the UK, Europe and the US, and Caroline remains obsessed with the same question her talk answers: how can we keep improving LabOps giving scientists their time back so they can do the work that actually moves science forward?
