In an ever-evolving digital landscape, Ronise remains at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry best practices. With over 25 years working in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having witnessed the power of Digital Accessibility in fostering equitable opportunities, improving the quality of Digital Products and building brand loyalty by enhancing the digital experience for everyone. Throughout her career in both the UK High Education and Business Sectors, she built the reputation of a trailblazer. In 2014, she received a Vice-Chancellors Award at the University of Southampton for implementing the Web4All project. In 2016, she was headhunted by Cognizant to work as Programme Manager for the Center of Excellence of Accessibility and SEO for one of their highest profile E-commerce clients, staying in the same project for five years. Now as EE (BT Group) Digital Accessibility Lead , she made full use of her strategical nature and sharp focus to build an Accessibility Team from scratch and catalyse organisational change, winning several other mainstream awards for EE as Best Accessibility and Best Innovation. Ronise is a multidisciplinarian by nature. As a journalist by training, with experience in Environmental Journalism and a Masters of Science in Environment and Sustainability, she can build a persuasive narrative that intertwines Digital Accessibility with Sustainability to drive change at both individual and organisational levels. She believes technology can create a more equitable society when ethics and sustainability are at its core. Ronise is a thought leader, selectively participating in conferences and forums, sharing insights, and collaborating with experts to shape the future of Digital Accessibility. She strives to push boundaries, challenge norms, and inspire positive change.
