I'm Paul Hague, CEO and founder of Cyber Intelligence Group Ltd. Over the past 35 years I've held senior and executive roles at Cap Gemini and IBM and founded two businesses before building BlackDice and the Holding company Cyber Intelligence Group, where we develop AI-driven cybersecurity embedded directly at the router and mobile SDK layer for ISPs and mobile operators. Our technology sits on a granted international patent family that has been cited by Apple, Amazon, Trend Micro and CommScope, and BlackDice was selected for both the GCHQ and Google scaleup programmes. Working at the CPE and SIM layer puts us close to the operator network, so I'm particularly interested in how GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA network APIs can turn that network position into real-time protection for subscribers. I'm looking forward to exploring that opportunity at Connected Britain.
The UK has emerged as one of the leading markets for network API adoption, with mobile operators, financial institutions and technology providers already delivering measurable business outcomes through network API-based services.
Early innovation between UK telecoms companies and the financial services sector has helped to address real-world challenges in fraud, scams and identity management and as this area matures new network APIs promise to drive similar impact across new industries.
This panel will bring together industry leaders who can not only talk about how network APIs are already helping to transform industries but they will also reflect on how these capabilities can be expanded to new sectors and how emerging new capabilities can drive another wave of innovation.
In this interactive panel session challenge them to explain how these capabilities could benefit your industry.
